Pine & Parcel provides two services: storage (your inventory on our shelves with real-time counts and low-stock alerts) and e-commerce order fulfillment (we pick, pack, and ship your orders). We can also handle returns and light kitting as add-ons. Everything runs from our location in Grand Junction, Colorado.
What areas does Pine & Parcel serve?
We're based in Grand Junction, Colorado, on the I-70 corridor — central between Denver and Salt Lake. Fulfillment orders ship nationwide, and our central location is a quick launch point to reach both coasts.
Which e-commerce platforms do you integrate with?
Today we connect with Squarespace and Shopify, with Amazon coming. Orders flow in automatically and tracking numbers flow back to your store and your customers without manual work.
How fast do orders ship?
We turn orders around quickly. New inventory is typically received and shelved by the next day, and we use multi-carrier rate-shopping to send each order the cheapest sensible way.
How is pricing structured?
We bill for what you actually use — pick & pack, postage, and storage — itemized, with no mystery fees. Monthly storage applies even in slower shipping months. Tell us your volume and we'll put together a quote that lays out every cost up front.
How big does my business need to be?
We're built for small and growing sellers — up to a few thousand orders a month. If you're bigger, reach out and we'll talk timing.
Is my inventory and data secure?
Yes. Your orders and inventory live in our own platform, where each customer's data is isolated from every other's, store credentials are encrypted, and every change is logged. You only ever see your own information.
How long does it take to get started?
Most sellers are up and shipping in about three weeks — enough time to connect your store, receive your inventory, and get everything counted in.
